This role advises and supports the HR function for assigned areas with an emphasis on employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, employee retention, talent acquisition, training and development, total rewards, employee recognition, personnel policies, and compliance with state and federal labor laws.
The successful candidate will partner with Operating Company (OpCo) leadership to develop and help implement solutions to maximize organizational effectiveness. This is your chance to make a significant impact!

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION
Compensation: Pay for this position will be between $154,483 and $231,725 annually.
Incentive Compensation Plan: This position may eligible for an Incentive Compensation Plan bonus of up to 30% of base pay, subject to Company and individual performance and per company policy. Individuals hired/transferred during the year will be eligible to receive a pro rata share after six (6) months of service in the event that a bonus is paid out.
Vacation: This position will accrue 20 days of vacation a year. Accrued vacation will be vested and available for use after successfully completing six (6) months of service.
