Sales Bizlab is looking for a customer service representative to join our team in our Orlando office. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge.
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job: Full time
Monday to Friday
Weekends free
Pay Range:
$19.50 - $31.00 hourly
Location: Orlando, FL
THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving product or service issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Effectively multitask and manage call volume
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
