Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with accuracy and efficiency.
Provide information about products, services, and company policies to customers in a clear and concise manner.
Assist customers in troubleshooting issues with products or services, offering solutions and guidance to resolve problems effectively.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience by identifying opportunities for improvement and offering constructive feedback.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional phone manner.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with CRM software preferred.
