Job Description: Deco ThinkTell is looking for a Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls and provide support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls from clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance in a professional and courteous manner.
Make outbound calls to clients to follow up on inquiries, confirm appointments, and gather feedback on services.
Provide product and service information to clients, including pricing, features, and benefits, and make recommendations based on their needs.
Process orders, payments, and account changes accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Escalate complex issues or unresolved inquiries to the appropriate department or supervisor for further resolution.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products and services, and address any additional needs or concerns they may have.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
