We are currently looking for both Bilingual Call Center Representatives for our *Orlando Florida location*.

Responsibilities:

Answer telephone inquiries and promote our products and services
Process payments
Schedule appointments
Provide an excellent customer service experience to all our clients
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Must know how to speak and write in English and Spanish
Must have basic computer skills
Must be able to pass a background check and work in the USA
Must be able to problem solve, multi-task and handle confidential information
Must be able to work 40 hours per week
Sales experience is a plus
