Johnson’s Wrecker Service, Inc. is Orlando’s “Oldest & Best” Towing Service! We are family owned and operated and have been in business for over 50 years. Our operations are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days per year. We are currently seeking qualified customer service representatives.

Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact between Johnson's Wrecker Service, Inc. and the customer. Primary responsibilities include - answering incoming calls for service, impound information, data entry, and pricing. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, resolve conflict, and multi-task.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Obtain detailed information from customers regarding pickup / delivery location (including all special instructions)
• Maintain accurate documentation on call sheets
• Input data into computer for vehicle pickup and delivery

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner
• Maintains a positive and professional attitude in all situations

Qualifications and Skills

• 5 years of customer service experience (preferred)
• Excellent multi-tasking ability in a fast paced environment
• Communicate clearly and effectively in English
• Ability to navigate the internet and read GPS maps for logistical instructions
• Must be able to resolve conflict with reasonable solutions
• Must be able to compute basic mathematics
• Must be able to pass an FDLE background check
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
