We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an On-Site Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that customers have a positive experience and receive top-notch support.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance:
    • Greet and assist customers visiting our on-site location and contacting the company via phone and email.
      Provide information about Jerry Harvey Audio products, features, and customization options.
      Address customer inquiries and concerns, offering solutions and guidance.
  • Order Processing:
    • Assist customers with placing orders and provide order status updates.
      Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Develop a deep understanding of Jerry Harvey Audio product offerings.
      Stay updated on new product releases, features, and industry trends.
      Educate customers on product usage, care, and maintenance.
  • Customization Support:
    • Guide customers through the customization process for in-ear monitors.
      Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate and high-quality customization.
      Provide recommendations based on customer preferences and usage scenarios.
  • Customer Feedback:
    • Collect customer feedback and relay valuable insights to the product development team.
      Identify areas for improvement in products and services based on customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
    Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or consumer electronics environment.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
    Familiarity with audio products and technology is advantageous.
    Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
