Customer Service Representative
Full-time, 40 hours per week with OT, competitive pay, benefits, cost-free retirement program – no weekends.
Eagle Metals is seeking a detail-oriented team player with an eye for quality customer service. Our business is based on providing our customers with highest level of service possible – it’s what sets us apart from our competitors.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an outgoing personality who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Effective communications, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift 50lbs are required. Customer service and/or construction industry experience a plus, but not required. Bilingual (English-Spanish) a plus.
Potential to advance into Inside Sales role - previous sales experience not required.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Utilize POS software to create, facilitate, ship, and process orders/returns.
· Data entry, filing, and other tasks as necessary.
· Take incoming calls and assist walk-in customers with product questions and processing orders.
· Follow up with customers to foster relationships and ensure quality control.
