Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative at StyleSignPlan, you'll be the friendly face and helpful voice that our clients turn to whenever they have questions, concerns, or feedback. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients have a positive experience at every touchpoint and that their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Client Support: Provide friendly and responsive assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Answer inquiries, address concerns, and offer solutions to resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner.
Order Processing: Process client orders, including advertising campaigns, product placements, and promotional materials. Ensure accuracy and completeness of orders and follow up to confirm receipt and satisfaction.
Problem Resolution: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues and escalate complex matters as needed. Troubleshoot problems, investigate complaints, and follow through to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty through proactive communication and personalized attention. Anticipate client needs and provide proactive support to enhance their experience.
Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including inquiries, requests, and resolutions. Update client profiles and databases with relevant information to ensure effective communication and follow-up.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients about their experiences and satisfaction levels. Compile feedback and insights to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
