Job Summary 

Yardnique is searching for a customer service representative that will be based out of our Orlando (Kissimmee), FL location.

The Customer Service Representative will be a key team member of the rapidly growing landscape services company. The successful candidate will be a hands-on team member who will wear many hats and have a broad scope of responsibilities. This professional must be flexible and will function across multiple skills and knowledge bases as is common in a fast-paced, growing company. The qualified candidate must be a self-starter with strong business acumen. Experience in and demonstrated ability to thrive in transformational business situations is critical.

Job Functions:

• Ownership of homeowner communication for the community.
• Taking care of homeowner requests in a timely manner either on the spot or assisting in scheduling lager requests.
• The Customer Service Representative must handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience.
• Learn the Yardnique administrative and operational business model including understanding our approach to customer service excellence and responsiveness.
• Work closely with Account Manager and Branch Manager to identify customers who need attention.
• Ensure a safe environment for employees, customers, and the general public.
• Communicate regularly with the Production Specialist and/or Account Manager to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
• Participate in branch meetings and assist Account Manager and Branch Manager in overall leadership of branch.
• Assist with retention of our current employees, that may include but not limited to assist with onboarding, training, etc., within company policy.
• Responsible for retaining and improving Yanique’s top notch, responsive and quality-oriented service reputation.
• Will be responsible for achieving or exceeding retention goals for book of business.
• Could potentially be tied to retention based on customer satisfaction and work orders that flow through Syncscape.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and positive atmosphere along with profitable growth of the Company, while helping employees grow in knowledge and skills.
• Assist in special projects such as enhancement and various chemical applications.
• Ensure proper paperwork is completed and other tasks and duties as assigned by Account Manager and Branch Manager.
