We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full time position.

Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Multitasking and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter, motivated and reliable
• Strong focus on Excel with experience working with formulas
• High School Diploma
• 1 years of previous experience as a Customer Service Representative
• Digital, large format and screen-printing experience is preferred, but not required

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide support to clients by processing orders. Responsible to prepare orders to client specifications
• Work with sales, production and accounting in an accurate and efficient manner to ensure all order processing is complete and correct
• Assist sales/estimating staff in the preparation of client proposals for all projects accepted by O’Donnell Corp and assigned to the department

Salary and Benefits:

• $18.00 per hour
• Paid Time Off with an additional 24 hours of PTO @90 days
