Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to meet company goals. Duties:
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Conduct cold calls to generate new leads and expand customer base
- Maintain inventory control and ensure products are properly stocked
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell or cross-sell products
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts
- Excellent verbal communication skills, including public speaking abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of inventory control practices is beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
