Sales and Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Sales and Customer Service Representative will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting free Florida Blue health insurance services. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to meet sales goals in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Sales and Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and principles
• Strong passion for sales, with a desire to meet and exceed sales goals
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Sales and Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through in-person marketing events
• Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through various channels
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
