Job Description:

We are in search of a dedicated and results-driven Appointment Setter/Call Center Representative to join our Medcap team. In this role, you will be instrumental in connecting with potential students and guiding them through the initial stages of enrollment.

Apart from building strong rapport and making a friend, you will help qualify prospects and make appointments in order for our team of Enrollment Advisors to conduct successful consultations.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential students interested in our health and beauty programs.
- Conduct warm calling to engage with leads and prospects
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities
- Provide comprehensive details about our programs, benefits, and enrollment procedures.
- Update student records and maintain accurate documentation
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas, and appointment setting targets
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless transition for enrolled students.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center or appointment setting role
- Bilingual Skills a Must: Proficiency in both English and Spanish language. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport with students
- Ability to navigate computer systems and use CRM software effectively
- Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to achieve targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
