Sales Bizlab is seeking a highly organized and friendly individual to join our team as a Full Time Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.

Pay Range:

$17.50 - $28.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities: 

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls while providing accurate and timely information
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for clients and visitors
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring all attendees are properly informed
• Provide general support to other departments as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
