AT A GLANCE
Based on our company growth and recent acquisitions, we are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. Ideal candidates will possess a fun, positive, energetic attitude and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. This position will have an immediate impact on RVO Health and daily exposure to our executive leadership team. The performance expectations for this position are extremely high, so only those prepared to be challenged should apply!
Where You'll Be
To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do
- Processing accounts payable invoices
- Coding expenses to cost centers by analyzing invoices and recording entries
- Receiving, verifying, and processing expense reports for employees via Concur
- Maintaining historical records by scanning and filing documents
- Support month-end closing process and preparation of company financial statements
- Maintaining and updating company’s financial records, including general ledger and accounts payable using generally accepted accounting principles and practices
- Ensuring adequate financial controls
- Performing financial analyses and special projects as requested
- Prepare documentation for external auditors
- Be a part of a team that works closely together
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency utilizing financial systems and reporting packages, preferred experience with Oracle or Oracle Cloud Fusion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player and receptive to feedback
- Sense of humor
Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Starting Salary: $48,000 - 52,000
*Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience - Health Insurance Coverage (medical, dental, and vision)
