```Duties```
- Process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, posting payments, and reconciling customer accounts.
- Email correspondence to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
- Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers to ensure timely collection.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
- Prepare and distribute monthly statements to customers.
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including account reconciliation and reporting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions.

```Qualifications```
- Business to business collections experience preferred, 1 years of customer service experience.

- Problem solving and analytical skills required.

- Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

-Detail oriented with focus on accuracy.

Creative and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with the sense of urgency. -

Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office with intermediate to advanced Excell skills
