Bachelor’s Degree

Full time Monday – Friday

· Accounting & bookkeeping for companies.

· Analyze monthly P & L statements and identify variances to budget and prior periods; analyze profitability of major projects.

· Manage multiple billing, management, and reporting systems.

· Process accounts payable- Prepare checks for invoices and payments that are due and scan the invoices for attachment to the record in Quick Books.

· Ensure division level job costing is accurate, with emphasis on Labor and Material.

· Assist in month-end physical inventory and material cost.

· Verify credit card expenses are job costed and entered for month end close.

· Maintain Fixed assets ledger.

· Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial software and systems.

· Oversee IT and Tech company to ensure company is updated and systems run smoothly.

· Accounting-based analytical skills and experience, with a focus on providing data-driven financial insights and recommendations for operational improvements.

· Responsible for maintaining the orderliness of facility/ liaison with property management.

· Manage Insurance- Medical, dental, short & long term disability.

· An individual contributor who enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

· Experience with Small Business a must-- Corporate experience a plus

· High level of proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks

· Accrual-based Accounting

· Accounting analysis with job costing and profitability.

· 10 to 15 years in accounting experience

· Ability to be flexible, multi-task and work with minimal supervision.

· Strong communication skills both written and oral.
