Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial management, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple locations and concepts
• Analyze sales trends, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting and finance professionals
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability
• Collaborate with executive management to drive business growth and strategy

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality accounting
• Proven track record of effective financial management and leadership
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Proficiency in accounting software and systems (e.g., Restaurant365, Excel, Decision Logic )
