We are currently expanding our team and looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our dynamic organization in Southlake, TX, US!

This full-time position requires expertise in QuickBooks and involves a variety of accounting and finance-related responsibilities, as outlined below. The successful candidate will be based in our office.

• Utilize QuickBooks extensively

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks
• Previous experience in accounting or finance roles
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

$45,000 - $55,000 yearly

• Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable operations, performing reconciliations, maintaining vendor accounts, monitoring vendor W-9 forms, generating annual 1099s to vendors, and other finance-related obligations
• Must have bookkeeping, general accounting, and Quickbooks software experience

• Well-organized with good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Work effectively with staff and public
• Work independently
• Organize tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
• Demonstrate good judgment and good problem-solving skills
• Respond appropriately to evaluation and changes in the work setting
• At least one year of experience in finance
• Experience in Excel and QuickBooks
• Superb attention to detail
• Experience with Odoo ERP a plus
