Responsibilities• This position is responsible for routine bookkeeping tasks in accounts payable and assisting the Controller as needed• Track, review and process all purchase orders• Audit invoices against purchase orders and research discrepancies• Receive, sort, and code all invoices to be entered into systems of record• Track invoices and disperse them to appropriate managers for approval and process• Prepare AP register to submit to Controller for payment• Expense report tracking, reconciliation, and entry into systems• Responsible for preparing job closure for billing in multiple systems• Reconcile company credit cards monthly• Assist in month-end and year-end close• Research supplier profiles and analyze offers for purchasing of office supplies• Generate sales tax and month end reports• Setup and process new vendor applications• Generate ad-hoc reports as needed• Process 1099s• Assist with preparation of daily deposits• Setup new hires in biometric clock in/out systemQualifications• General knowledge and understanding of accounting principles• Minimum 2 years’ of accounting or related experience• Strong Microsoft office skills, highly skilled in Excel• Strong attention to detailOur client offers a competitive compensation package as well as benefits package for eligible candidates.#IND3
