Papyrus Software USA is Hiring a Customer Care | Invoicing and Accounting Specialist Near Southlake, TX

Are you looking to work for a reputable and established international organization, in a new and exciting customer care role, invoicing and accounting, whilst being able to work in our offices in Southlake/TX. This is the job for you. We are a global Enterprise Software provider with a passion for sustainability, we pride ourselves in providing to our large corporate customers the Papyrus Platform for their most interesting customer engagement and Omni-Channel communication projects in North America and internationally. 
As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Customer Care expert to join a high performing team to help drive our business forward by supporting our clients, identifying opportunities, making proactive contact, providing training and maintenance information. Integrity, vision and passion are essential for this role. 
Your Responsibilities
  • You are active in a consultative sales function within the customer care team
  • You support our customers with their training and maintenance questions
  • You engage in up-selling and cross-selling 
  • You arrange appointments for solution presentations with customers 
  • You prepare offers and standardized contracts and advise our customers 
  • Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments to the organization.
  • Invoice maintenance and software services in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all invoices are invoiced and paid on time
  • Collaborate with team members to provide necessary financial reports to senior-level managers.
  • Prepare tax and VAT documents.
  • Handle general ledger bookkeeping where necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen.
  • Knowledge of the relevant IT computer systems and software programs
  • A solid background of bookkeeping and accounting
  • Solid ethics and morals and sound judgment.
  • Current familiarity with a common database and spreadsheet tools, such as Navision and Excel.
  • Knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 5 years of experience required for entry-level positions.
