• ResMan Accounting Software Experience Highly Preferred

FULL DESCRIPTION: This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Manager/Controller. The Accounting Manager/Controller will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, including managing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, posting journal entries, and managing fixed assets. This role requires strong analytical skills and expertise in finance.

The selected candidate will also possess:

• Expertise in managing financial statements and analyzing financial data
• Excellent analytical skills
• Experience in posting journal entries and maintaining accurate financial records
• Strong knowledge of finance principles and practices
• Proficiency in managing fixed assets
• Attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA a must
• Experience in the real estate industry is beneficial
• Mastery of Yardi, Resman, Realpage or other Multifamily Software
• Teamwork and delegation a must
• Total Commitment to Improvement of Processes and Results in the company's accounting processes and bottom line.

Salary Range: $120k-$140k/yr
