Robert Half is currently seeking a professional, organized and proactive Customer Support Specialist for a great contract-to-hire opportunity.

You will be responsible for a range of customer service and administrative functions, including NetSuite (ERP). The Customer Service position creates a lasting impression of our organization so a high level of professionalism, excellent organization skills and prompt follow-ups with customers is required.

This is a temporary role with a potential to turn into temporary-to-hire. It is located in Brooklyn Park, MN.

Responsibilities :

• Managing customer purchase orders and inquiries and ensuring prompt response and adequate follow-ups.
• Actively participating in planning / scheduling meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery schedules.
• Collaborating with the sales team for customer communication.
• Handling PO creation, supplier contact, and maintaining customer & BAC cross reference part number spreadsheet.
• Address customer complaints by identifying problems and coordinating corrective actions.
• Becoming an expert at creating NetSuite reports for the organization.
• Importing data into excel, creating graphs and / or analytics.
• An ability to take initiative and create a culture of accountability.
• Strong prioritization skills with a sense of urgency.
• Superb interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers.
• Proficiency with data analytics, databases, MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
• 2-5 years of customer service experience in the medical device industry.
• Account Management experience would be advantageous.
