What you will be doing:

As a Customer Support Specialist you would be responsible for conducting the scheduling of measures & installs, communicating with customers, warranty specialists, contractors, and production staff, along with maintaining square footage submitted for budgets. This role must also handle immediate needs of the customer and different accounts. We expect you to deliver an excellent customer experience through fast and accurate processing of orders. Provide on-going training to customer support reps. Assisting them with general inquiries regarding but not limited to: products, pricing, job flow process, timelines, availability of inventory, scheduling and order status.

You are going to be successful in this position if you are excited to help both external and internal customers being patient, empathetic and passionately communicative, all while following the job flow process. We expect our Customer Support Specialist to help lead our clients through the most challenging builds or remodels.

Your responsibilities may include

· Detailed order entry

-Coordinate with sales team and account/customer for any missing job details.

· Ensure jobs are built accurately 60 days in advance while maintaining integrity of install routes and ensuring volume of business needs are met.

· Prepare install and measure schedule daily.

· Schedule measure, install and sqft submitted to production to ensure daily budgets are met

· Manage “hot jobs” by communicating and coordinating with the shop and production coordinator to ensure expedited orders are taken care of.

· Participate in and interact with internal teams on a regular basis to ensure timely responses are provided to customers.

· Main POC for all work orders and escalated jobs.

· Maintain CRM with updated information on any changes, special requests, or customer notes.

· Responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships by managing accounts orders, communicating updates, scheduling timely measures and installs and solving customer problems

· Providing customer support over the phone, face-to-face and via email.

· Perform analysis on Moraware and provide KPI’s as requested by the GM

What are we looking for?

· 2 years of customer service experience in fast paced environment.

· Ability to pass background check is desired.

· Experience scheduling /routing appointments and managing multiple schedules

Education:

· High School Diploma/GED required.

· College preferred.

Knowledge:

· Customer service skills

· Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems

· Experience working with subcontractors

· Bi-lingual a plus

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Skills:

· Communication: Oral & Written. Capacity to interact with customers in a pleasant and articulate manner.

· Team Leadership
