Every day Clear Edge is making the world safer, healthier and more productive with its high quality filtration solutions delivering process excellence in sectors such as Mining & Minerals, Chemicals, Food & Beverage, Water Treatment, Building Products, Pulp & Paper, Power Generation, Healthcare, Transportation and General Industrial.
Clear Edge is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish and English) Customer Support Specialist to provide excellent customer support in our Latin America territory and with assigned accounts by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products as well as team members within the Customer Support and Sales Department. This position can be located in our Monterrey, MX facility or
Responsibilities:
  • Partners effectively with the Territory Sales Manager to drive customer relationships.
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using Microsoft Business Central.
  • Urgently and accurately responds to all customer requests including price quotes, samples, and additional inquiries.
  • Partner with Supply Chain team to ensure communication with customers on issues with orders, etc.
  • Create price quotations for standard items and partner with Engineering/Product Management for pricing on non-standard items.
  • Acts as internal sales support for assigned territory to achieve or exceed sales quotas and goals.
  • Maintain files of active customers, prospects, and former customers within territory.
  • Creates purchase orders, invoices and return good memos and shares with the appropriate department for action.
  • Drives sales of all Clear Edge products by actively prospecting and cold calling within designated territory.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
  • 5 years of customer service experience required.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or other related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook a required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central a plus.
