Robert Half is currently working with a client looking for Loan Servicing Support Specialist. The Loan Servicing Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting the processing and servicing of loans. Tasks will include necessary processes to maintain accurate system records, payment postings, legal documents, and customer communication. This is the Loan Servicing Support position if you are a detail-oriented, organized, and driven individual.Responsibilities- Survey loan documentation for completeness and accuracy- Arrange escrow payments for property taxes, insurance, and association dues- Answer customer inquiries efficiently and accurately, which may include generating loan payoff letters- Processes payments, advances, and adjustments on loans- Manage loan maintenance, including modifications, extensions and required changes in core processing system- Handle credit reporting disputes and correct credit reporting errors- Research missing or misapplied loan payments
