Job Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Provide excellent customer service, provide in-depth product knowledge, and help people find what they are looking for or maybe something they didn't know they were looking for!
• Help guests with check-out / POS transaction process on iPad app, credit card and cash processing, including online orders, and packing.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of visual merchandise presentation, signage and lighting. We encourage you to bring your creative and design skills to assist our "Merch Team" to dream up our next best theme or display!
• Uphold store maintenance and cleanliness standards straighten, clean and help maintain stockroom as needed
• Process, ticket, count, receive, and other inventory transactions as needed
• Comply with all Company policies and procedures
• Succeed in a team environment, while able to work independently & manage your own time.
• Treat all guests and co-workers with kindness!
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Necessary Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years customer service experience and retail sales experience (specialty retail preferred, but not required). Parents, teachers, aunts & uncles, grandparents don't need to have store experience. If you want to join our team we'll train you on the details.
• Proven ability to manage your own time, prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 pounds, while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
