- Assist customers on the showroom floor.
- Strive to increase knowledge of the entire product offering.
- Support efforts of Outside Sales Associates.
- Work hand-in-hand with Showroom Sales consultants by performing the administrative functions that ensure our customer’s needs are being met.
- Support the Showroom Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing.
- Updating customer contracts, coordinating deliveries with the warehouse, and answering sales calls for general information.
- A college degree, or working towards a degree is helpful for this position, but comparable industry knowledge and experience would also be considered.
- 0-3 years of prior customer service experience preferred.
- A successful associate will be results-oriented, able to meet goals, build relationships, and enjoy a team environment.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Cheerful personality for phone/in-person sales.
- Ambition to succeed.
