Hours: 8:00-4:30pm M-F
Report to: Customer Service Manager
Position: Customer Service/Inside Sales

• Answer incoming calls and distribute
• Basic computer skills, such as MS Windows, Office and Excel
• Process orders received from customer
• Accurately enter this information in a timely manner to ensure that production can meet due date
• Communicate with customers to ensure all order documents, quotes, order changes and returns/replacements are approved and documented
• Interacts with art/production to ensure order flow and order completion
• Must be able to prioritize workload, ability to meet deadlines and exceptional organizational skills required
• Maintains relationships with existing clients while driving new business
• Understanding the company's sales process with the expectation of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• The ability to communicate and carry out the company's vision, competitive advantage and strategies.
• Inside sales experience preferred

Starting Salary $17-21/hour DOE
Excellent 401k plus profit sharing
