Legendary Doughnuts in Tacoma , WA is looking for one customer service to join our energetic and friendly team. We are located at 2602 6th Ave, Tacoma Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable.

This is a part time position, approx 20hrs a week primarily evening shifts working until 6:30/7:30pm

Weekends are required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and make them feel at home
• Answer any questions the customers may have
• Assist customers in preparing their orders
• Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Obtain a Food Handler's Card and follow all food safety guidelines
• Prepare various specialty drinks
• Decorate doughnuts as needed
• Complete various tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees
• Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
• Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
• Good communication skills with customers
