RadNet is Hiring a Business Development Director Near Los Angeles, CA

The Business Development Director will manage business development activity and processes, including development projects, practice acquisitions, and health system joint ventures.

  • Administer and implement RadNet's business development strategy.
  • Manage the transaction process for market-based acquisitions and projects throughout the entire project cycle.
  • Analyze, interpret, and model financial information (financial statements, key performance metrics, expenses, etc.) as it pertains to a particular project or transaction.
  • Develop pro forma financial models for potential growth opportunities (acquisition, de novo, joint venture partnerships).
  • Share information and constantly communicate with all cross-functional departments to facilitate a smooth integration process for all projects.
  • Manage post-project integration tasks as needed (matters related to AP, AR, Purchasing, Materials Management, Accounting, Finance, HR, and IT).
  • Work closely with Corporate Counsel and Senior Executives on legal documents associated with a transaction.
  • Lead multi-departmental development calls in order to maintain transparency throughout the transaction cycle.
  • Maintain a close liaison with Operations, Sales and Marketing, and Physician leadership to assure their involvement with business development initiatives, programs, and opportunities.
  • Oversee coordination of preparation of monthly and quarterly meetings with health system joint venture partners.
  • Oversee the creation of presentations for internal and external needs such as board meetings, joint venture proposals, acquisition evaluations, and miscellaneous special company projects.
  • Correspond with analysts and executives from outside organizations.
  • Interact with third parties (such as Landlords, Vendors, and contracted business partners) to ensure that legal and contractual documents are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:
  • 4 year degree from an accredited College/University
  • 3 years of experience in Healthcare industry preferred
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Highly organized
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent communication skills; confidence speaking with and among Senior leadership
  • Ability to consistently manage numerous high priority projects at the same time
  • Driven individual that works well in an autonomous and entrepreneurial setting

Physical Demands

This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, constant talking, and hearing. Visual acuity to read computer screens and written materials. Also, must be able to lift over 50 pounds, occasionally.

Working Environment:

Representatives work in a business office setting with low to moderate noise level.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $160,000/year
