The Role
Metropolis is looking for a Senior Director of Business Development to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization. You will hold a player/coach role while managing a team of 4-5 business development/sales team members to build and maintain strong relations with senior executives at enterprise and medium-sized businesses, to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Reporting directly to Senior Vice President of Sales, the right candidate will be an experienced business development/sales professional adaptable at driving revenue growth across regional markets. You will be responsible for implementing scalable sales processes from prospecting to contract execution.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $140,000.00 to 190,000.00 annually. The actual base pay offered is determined by a number of variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment. Base pay is one component of Metropolis's total compensation package, which may also include access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a lucrative commission plan and more.
