Job description
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate employee orientation and ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR-related documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with performance management processes, including employee evaluations and goal setting.
- Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, training and development, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Provide support in HRIS data entry and maintenance, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist in strategic planning for HR initiatives and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct research and data collection on various HR topics to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
