The HR Generalist is responsible for a wide range of HR functions including HRIS maintenance, employee engagement support, employee onboarding, benefit administration support, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the organization.
Position Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the HRIS to ensure accurate employee records, generate reports, and analyze HR data to identify trends.
• Support employee engagement initiatives such as employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and surveys to measure employee satisfaction.
• Support the Company’s benefit administration process, including 401(k) administration, self-bills, and EAP invoicing.
• Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions, and introduction to Company policies and culture.
• Provide administrative support as needed to HR department (e.g., submitting expense reimbursements, filing, scheduling, etc.)
• Provide training and support to employees and managers on topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Coordinate corporate housing and maintain vendor relationship.
• Ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HRIS management, benefit administration support, and employee engagement
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Strong computer skills including MS Excel
• Excellent organizational skills
