HR Generalist (Spanish Bilingual)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. Responsibilities:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
• Administer HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system
• Assist with talent management initiatives, including employee development and succession planning
• Conduct data collection and analysis to support HR reporting and decision-making
• Support the administration of benefits programs, including FMLA and affirmative action planning
• Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters and serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries
• Assist with strategic planning initiatives to align HR practices with organizational goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Fluent in Spanish
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
• Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
