We are seeking a TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST -HEALTH CARE EXPERIENCE to join our team!

FULLY REMOTE ROLE MUST RESIDE ON THE EAST COAST!!! TEMP TO PERM $$$$

Job Requirements:

• Execute a recruitment strategy for designated clinical positions
• Campus recruiting, direct sourcing, etc.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships to build a strong talent pipeline
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand the business mission/objective, ensuring recruitment efforts and candidates align
• Leverage technology to source, evaluate, and select top talent
• Responsible for a high volume of requisitions with a proven track record of filling roles

MUST HAVE:

• BA/BS degree preferred
• 2 years in Health Care clinical recruitment or Health Care Talent Acquisition
• Allied Health Strongly preferred
• Experience with high volume of job requisitions (20 per week)
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment
