Based in New York City, our firm is made of engineers, technologists, environmental scientists, construction professionals, and consultants who are passionate about improving the infrastructure, buildings, and communities that surround us. About the RoleAs a part of EnTech’s in-house talent acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition coordinator will play a key role in the sourcing and recruitment of our most valuable asset: our workforce. The primary objective of this position is to guarantee that our organization successfully draws in, onboards, and retains top-notch employees, while cultivating a robust talent pool for future growth.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Identify and assess candidates through various channels.
• Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future needs.
• Conduct full cycle recruiting: posting jobs, screening candidates, arranging interviews…
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
• Create compelling job descriptions and contribute to employer branding.
• Facilitate salary negotiations and provide constructive feedback to candidates.

• 2 years of proven work experience as a recruiter. AEC industry experience preferred.
• BA/ BS degree in HR management or any related field.
• Familiarity with HR database, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Social media platforms.
• Ability to travel to networking and recruiting events within the region.
• Excellent communication skills.
