We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our global recruitment team! You are all about building relationships and positive candidate experiences. On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Play a major role in achieving the company’s global growth goals, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers
Coordinate and arrange interviews across multiple time zones
Manage and update our Applicant Tracking System
Develop candidate profiles alongside the hiring team by understanding candidate requirements, the impact of the role, and the cultural fit that’s necessary to match the team and company
Engage candidates throughout the hiring process by communicating promptly and providing all necessary information at each stage, creating a unique and memorable experience for candidates and hiring teams
Be an ambassador for our culture and mission
Source, screen, and conduct short introductory phone calls with candidates
Work alongside global talent acquisition teams
At least 2 years of experience managing recruitment efforts for companies across various types of businesses
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders' calendars, coordinating and scheduling interviews across-multiple time zones
Experience using data to inform recruiting decisions
Comfortability with presenting and interfacing with hiring managers both virtually & in person
Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other tools
Experience with candidate screening calls
Experience using Smart Recruiter or a similar Applicant Tracking System

At this time we are seeking New York or Miami-based candidates who can commute to our office. Our employees work in a hybrid model and are expected in the office a minimum of 3 days per week.

The approximate base compensation is $60,000 - 75,000 per year. In addition to base pay, you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package. The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including the location where the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile, and ideal qualifications.
