Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. This position plays a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations within our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and transcribing documents
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to speak and write in Spanish. Majority of our employees speak Spanish.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with great attention to detail
- Experience with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Previous experience as a receptionist or clerk is desirable but not required
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
