We are looking for an adaptable and proactive Office Administrator / Receptionist who is detail-oriented and can juggle tasks amidst constant interruption. This individual is critical to the organization and will uphold our exceptional focus on customer service to our customers, visitors, and employees.
Pay Rate- $19.00 -$21.00 per hour
Schedule- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday (On-site Austin, Texas)
Job Responsibilities:
  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Maintain phone system and all incoming calls.
  • Office admin tasks, data entry, and ordering of new supplies for the office
  • Maintaining employee and department directories- Rosters, Phone lists, etc.
  • Maintain the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
  • Keep a safe office space by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents and records: process Job cancels letters, Reject letters, etc.
  • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail, processing shipments.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications is a must.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Ability to keep information highly confidential.
  • Must be well-organized, accurate, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of staff.
