Job DescriptionGeneral administrative support for executives:
-Schedule management, meeting/events/travel arrangement, expense reporting
-Business process support especially in executive approval process
-Expense budget consumption and credit limit monitoring/reporting
-Vendor/contractor registration, PO placement, and payment arrangement
-VIP customers data base maintenance, internal/external organization chart maintenance
-Interface for regular or irregular requests from HQ's executive office
-Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate executives' ability to effectively lead the organization, including assisting with special projects
Additional Job Description
-Qualification requirements:
-Minimum three years of executive administrative work experience in business office environment
-Microsoft office apps : Word/Excel/PPT
-Sensitivity to timeline and priority of tasks
-Emotional intelligence and capability to communicate with diversified internal/external contacts for executive level matters
-Fluent in English
-Strong Japanese verbal and written communication capability is preferred
Typical Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree; or Associate's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree; high school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Demands and Work Conditions
The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 35 pounds. This position also requires 4 to 6 hours per day at a computer screen/keyboard.
