About the role 

Roku is looking for a proactive Executive Administrative Assistant who can work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The responsibilities include performing all administrative duties in support of multiple executives/management (SVPs, VPs, Directors). The candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills, and must be able to track multiple projects. In this position, the candidate will be handling confidential documents, writing correspondence, and supporting management and teams across global time zones. This is a non-exempt position.

What you’ll be doing 

  • Provide daily support for executives: Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports 
  • Support coordination across remote offices in conjunction with the Director of Staff 
  • Coordinate meetings and Company events as needed as a member of the event team (set-up, food orders, company off-sites, parties, etc.) 
  • Interact daily with other executive assistants to partner on company-wide projects and communication activities
  • Create PO’s and review/approve invoices for payment for related vendors 
  • Provide back-up for various functions and provide coverage as needed

We're excited if you have

  • 8 years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant with experience handling various projects 
  • Previous experience supporting a high-tech engineering organization
  • High level of proficiency in Outlook, calendar scheduling, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proactive nature with exceptional attention to detail 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as be part of a team
  • Ability to work with all levels of the company across multiple locations
  • Highly organized, with excellent follow-up and tracking skills 
  • Ability to deliver working in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
  • Enjoyment of being part of a dynamic, deadline-driven organization that thrives on creativity, effectiveness and winning in a competitive market place
