Downtown Pittsburgh mid-sized law firm is in need of an experienced Legal Billing Specialist.

Duties to include:

• Process billing for clients
• Legal data entry
• Inputting invoices and analyzing billing discrepancies
• Review prebills to comply with client billing requirements
• Research and respond to inquiries regarding billing issues and problems
• Provide management with status updates
• Prepare monthly billing reports

Requirements:

• 3 years of like experience
• Ability to handle high volume of bills per month
• Experience with ProLaw and electronic billing sites a must
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
