E-Billing Specialist
WHO WE ARE :
We are a reputable law firm with 30 locations across the US.
We are sticking with a hybrid schedule. 2 days on-site / 3 days WFH
WHO YOU ARE :
An experienced e-biller (at least 3 years at a Tier 1 or 2 law firm)
You have demonstrated success working in accordance with complex billing requirements (batch processing / splits / multi-payer / insurance)
THE JOB :
Collaborating with e-bill vendors to resolve issues with invoice submissions and accounts
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Demonstrated expertise working with and adhering to a variety of formatting and expense requirements in addition to attorney & client preferences.
Familiarity with a variety of vendor websites
A Bachelors degree in accounting or a similar field of study
