Description
Job Summary:
- Provide billing support to the fiscal team and program services
Responsibilities:
- Provide billing support to all departments under Client Services
- Work with funding sources to manage purchase orders, reports, and payments
- Submits purchase orders to Director Client services for approval
- Reviews program accruals for accuracy
- Tracks and manages grant draws
- Billing reconciliation and review
- Accounts Receivable tracking
- Serve as back-up for low vision office manager as needed
- Input billing data into several databases
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience in billing/fiscal field to include: (ehr systems, billing/coding, general ledger applications and accounts receivable).
- Experience using Microsoft office products, and client information systems.
- Associate’s Degree in Finance/Accounting Field Preferred
Physical Needs for job:
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
