Dallas area company is in need of a capable Receptionist/Office Assistant. The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for all customers and visitors and will play an important role in creating a professional impression for all guests.
Duties to include:
· Meet and greet all visitors
· Sign in visitor and fill out needed documentation
· Answer phone system, screen, and route calls as appropriate
· Respond to all guest requests and questions in a professional and courteous manner
· Provide support to Customer Service team
· Order entry and tracking of customer orders
· Delivering mail/packages to appropriate employees
· Additional day-to-day tasks and assignments as needed to meet the needs of the business
Requirements:
· 2 years of like experience
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Proficient MSOffice skills
· Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
· Willingness to be flexible and handle tasks as needed
