Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient office operations.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Assist with basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks
- Experience as a clerk or in office management preferred
- Ability to proofread documents for accuracy
- Previous experience as a receptionist is a plus
