Summary:Keith Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant (CA). Front Desk CA's should be detail oriented self-starters, have strong interpersonal/phone skills, and enjoys working with patients. Our goal is to provide exceptional patient service, along with professional enthusiasm to every person that enters our clinic.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome every patient with a smile

• Check patients in and out

• Follow clinic procedures, protocols, & scripts

• Collect payments

• Answer the phone

• Accurate Eclipse data entry

• Assure daily stats are accurate

• Assure daily deposits are accurate

• Effectively communicate with Doctors & other team members

• Maintain cleanliness of building

• Ongoing internal education
