PairSoft is Hiring a Business Development Representative Near Miami, FL

Job Summary 

This position’s responsibility is to drive huge impact in a fast-growing B2B SaaS business. A Business Development Representative is instrumental in increasing revenues by finding new customers and maximizing outbound lead-to-demo conversion rate as the face of the company.

Location

Remote/Work from Home from the following US States:

CA, CO, FL, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MO, NC, NE, NV, PA, TN, TX, UT,

Expected base salary range:

Depending on location and experience of candidate: $45,000-50,000 plus sales incentive.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions 

  • Build and manage strategic lists of prospects

  • Conduct outbound outreach and experiment with a set of compelling value propositions

  • Successfully overcome prospective customer objections as well as answer initial questions

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Team members to schedule customer meetings

  • Reporting metrics of lead generation through Salesforce and other platforms as needed

  • Maintain consistent conversion rates within target account lists 

Requirements 

  • At least completed high school level education, advanced education preferred 

  • Minimum 2 years relevant sales experience

  • Highly collaborative, proactive, curious self-starter

  • Avid learner

  • Extremely organized

  • A clear communicator with effective problem-solving skills

  • Ability to build professional and trusting relationships with customers from all around the world

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously

  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, preferred
